Yearly Visual Inspection (includes an Air Fill)
A Yearly Visual Inspection (VIP) is an annual safety check that ensures your scuba cylinder is clean, structurally sound, and compliant with industry standards. During this inspection, a certified technician examines the tank’s exterior and interior for corrosion, damage, contaminants, and proper valve function, confirming the cylinder is safe and ready for reliable use.
Hydro Testing (includes VIP and an Air Fill)
Hydro testing is performed every 5 years and verifies a scuba cylinder’s structural integrity by measuring how much it expands under high pressure. During this process, the tank is filled with water, pressurized beyond its working limit, and evaluated to ensure it can safely hold compressed gas for continued use.
Valve Service
A valve service is a complete teardown, cleaning, and rebuild of your scuba cylinder valve, including replacement of all required O‑rings and internal components, followed by precise reassembly and leak‑testing to ensure smooth operation, proper airflow, and reliable performance under pressure.
O₂ Cleaning for EANx Cylinders
O₂ cleaning for EANx cylinders is a specialized service that removes hydrocarbons, contaminants, and residue from both the cylinder and valve, ensuring they meet oxygen‑service standards for safe use with enriched air nitrox blends. This process prepares the tank for higher oxygen exposure by restoring a clean, contaminant‑free internal environment that supports safe filling and long‑term performance.
Tumbling
Cylinder tumbling is a restorative process that removes internal corrosion, scale, and contaminants by rotating the tank with abrasive media, leaving the interior clean, smooth, and ready for safe use. Regulator Service
A full regulator service is a comprehensive overhaul of both the first and second stages, including complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, replacement of all manufacturer‑specified parts, reassembly, and precise tuning to ensure optimal breathing performance and full compliance with factory specifications. Owners will be given an estimate when additional parts are required beyond a service repair kit.
Regulator Bench Test
Performing a full regulator evaluation by measuring the first stage’s intermediate pressure and verifying the second stage’s cracking pressure to ensure proper function and safe breathing performance.
BCD Service
BCD Service
A BCD service is a full inspection, cleaning, and functional check of your buoyancy compensator, including testing the inflator, dump valves, bladder integrity, and all attachment points. The technician disassembles and cleans key components, replaces worn O‑rings, verifies airtight performance, and ensures the BCD operates smoothly and safely for dependable buoyancy control on every dive. Owners will be given an estimate when additional parts are required beyond a service repair kit.
