Recreational Scuba Diving
A Diver Medical Form is required prior to any scuba instruction. If you answer YES to questions 3, 5 or 10 OR to any of the questions on page 2, please read and agree to the statement by signing and dating it AND take all three pages of the Diver Medical Form to your physician for a medical evaluation. Reactivate
SCUBA Reactivate is for PADI divers who haven't been diving in a while and want to get acclimated again. Includes PADI Reactivate eLearning course, a confined water (pool) session, and use of SCUBA gear.** Reactivate divers will receive an updated certification card showing their new status. Any certified diver from a recognized agency may ReActivate.

Rescue Diver

PADI Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities, qualifying you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers. PADI Divemaster is the prerequisite certification for both the PADI Assistant Instructor and PADI Open Water SCUBA Instructor. DM crewpack included. Minimum Age: 18. Assistant Instructor
As a PADI Assistant Instructor, you can assume limited teaching responsibilities under the guidance of a PADI Open Water Instructor. It's a great way to move to the next professional level. OWSI crewpack included. Use of SCUBA gear and certification fees not included.**
Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI)
Open Water SCUBA Instructors may teach course levels from Discover Scuba to Divemaster. Candidates complete an Instructor Development Course (IDC) and an Instructor Exam (IE) achieving their OWSI rating. OWSI crewpack included.
