DIVER MEDICAL QUESTIONNAIRE
The Diver Medical Questionnaire is required before taking any scuba course and helps identify health conditions that may affect your safety while scuba diving.
You will be provided a digital form in your PADI account. Complete it honestly before training, and obtain medical clearance if required so you’re ready for your underwater adventure.
ReActivate

Been a while since your last dive? Refresh your knowledge and rebuild your confidence with PADI ReActivate.
Divers certified by any recognized training agency are welcome.
Includes:
- PADI ReActivate eLearning
- 1 pool session to review scuba skills
- use of scuba gear
Divers who complete both portions receive an updated certification eCard showing their ReActivate completion date.

Scuba Diver

Short on time but ready to explore underwater? The PADI Scuba Diver course is an entry-level certification that prepares you to dive to a maximum of 40 feet under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional, with the option to upgrade to Open Water Diver later.

- 2 pool sessions (confined water)
- 2 checkout dives*
- use of SCUBA gear**

Open Water Diver

Earn your PADI Open Water Diver certification in 3 easy steps:
1) eLearning

PADI Open Water Divers can dive with a buddy, acquire air fills, and rent/purchase SCUBA equipment.

- 200 yard swim and 10 min tread/float evaluation
- 3 pool sessions (confined water)
- 4 checkout dives*

Open Water - Referral Program
Complete part of your PADI Open Water Diver course with Project Scuba. Maybe you didn't get to finish your course while on vacation, had to relocate, or want to do your checkout dives in the ocean.
You choose which section that you want to complete with us.
Referral Course Options:
2) Pool Sessions (Confined Water) - $100
3) Open Water Checkout Dives - $200
Referral forms are added to your eLearning file and emailed to your certifying instructor.

Advanced Open Water Diver
$375
The Advanced Open Water Diver course builds your confidence and expands your scuba skills, helping you feel more comfortable and capable in the water.
Presquisits: Open Water Diver
Try out a Navigation and Deep Dive, then choose three specialties.

- 1 Deep Dive
- 1 UW Navigation Dive
- 1 Peak Performance Buoyancy Dive
- 2 Adventures Dives (According to Dive Site)

Students are responsible for personal or rental dive gear.

Rescue Diver

The PADI Rescue Scuba Diver course builds upon your existing knowledge of problem prevention and management during scuba diving.
Presquisits:
- Advanced Open Water Diver
- First Aid and CPR training within the past two years

- 2 pool sessions (confined water)
- 2 checkout dives

Master Scuba Diver

With the PADI Master SCUBA Diver rating, you have reached the highest non-professional level. It means that you have acquired a Rescue Diver rating with five specialty training experiences in a variety of dive environments.
