Payment and Refund Terms
- Dive trip booking - Travel and dive insurance is highly recommended since trips are non-refundable. Passports must be valid for travel.
- Medical waiver clause - All diving activities, including trips, require medical questionnaires and in some cases medical release waivers from a physician . Secure a medical release prior to purchasing and registering for a course. Course fees are non-refundable.
- Events participation disclaimer - PADI liability release and assumption of risk agreement forms must be completed before a course begins. Youth agreements must be signed by the participant and a guardian.
- Equipment use or safety disclaimer - Certification cards will be processed after gear is returned and inspected. Damaged and lost gear will be accessed at the cost of replacement. All renters must have at least an Open Water certification card or under the supervision of an instructor. Divers are responsible for inspecting and testing all equipment before leaving Project Scuba. Unused rental gear that has left the premises will be charged for the days off of the premises.
- Classroom/Water safety - Any behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe in an instructional area will result in the discontinuation of services.
- Web and in-store purchases - Gear and items that are used are not accepted for returns. We honor warranties for defective items.
